SPECIAL EVENTS:

Texas Monthly BBQ Fest is headed to Lockhart again in November of 2024! The 2-day event is an obvious fit for the BBQ Capital of Texas, and will showcase the state's mouthwatering best!

 

The Old Settlers Music Festival, held in May, features American roots, bluegrass, and folk music, with crafts and camping on the 145 acre festival grounds.  

The Chisholm Trail Roundup is one of Lockhart's most iconic events, with a rodeo, live music, fair, and a parade that passes right in front of Birdie House on the second full weekend of June.
